Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping using EMS and DHL. All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Typically 5-10 business days for dispatching. Delivery time may vary between shipping methods and destinations. Typically 5-7 business days for international shipments.

Please note that some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.

We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc.

Import Custom Duties and Taxes

Please be advised that local taxes and/or import duties may be applied and are not included in the shipping cost.

The payable taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/tax authorities to get an idea of any extra payment that may apply.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.
