To bring out the refreshing acidity, clarity, and smooth sweetness of specialty coffee beans to their fullest, we roast our beans using a ROLLING fully hot-air smart roaster.

This roasting method allows us to transfer heat deep into the center of each bean without causing excessive damage to its outer surface.

As a result, the beans retain their natural aromas and carbon dioxide, allowing us to preserve and fully express the unique characteristics inherent in the green coffee beans.

We also rest the beans for several days after roasting, allowing them to reach their optimal drinking stage. We believe that this resting process is essential for bringing out the richness and sweetness that complete every cup we serve.
