Features a rich flavor profile with the refreshing, fruity acidity and sweetness of strawberries. The beans originate from the Shakiso village in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia’s Sidamo region—an area renowned for high-altitude, premium-quality coffee. We use organic green beans from the TadeGG farm, which excels in organic cultivation. Even though these are fruity Ethiopian beans, we deliberately use a darker roast to accentuate the richness and sweetness of the aftertaste.
