This special dish is made with rare Hokkaido potatoes, which are harvested only during a limited time due to the climate, and Belgian potatoes imported directly from Belgium, the home of French fries. Enjoy these colorful fries, a mix of red and purple potatoes.
These fried potatoes are made with Shadow Queen and Northern Ruby potatoes grown by our contract farm in Hokkaido and imported from Belgium, sprinkled with premium salt. This generous 90g serving is perfect for enjoying a variety of flavors and textures.
The packaging was designed by art director Naomi Hirabayashi and features a sweet potato illustration by European illustrator Anje Jager.
