■FORTUNATO NO.4
Made using a rare cacao variety thought to have become extinct 100 years ago, only green cacao was allowed to be imported into Japan. This 75% dark chocolate opens with a floral and dried flower aroma unique to the National variety, melting easily in the mouth. Gradually developing notes of herbs, fruits, nuts, and spices, it develops into a uniquely rich and refreshing texture.
