The Republic of Madagascar, located in the Indian Ocean off the east coast of Africa, is renowned as a producer of high-quality cocoa beans, 90% of which come from the Acheson Farm. green uses beans from the Acheson Farm, beloved by chocolate makers around the world, and we've been meticulous about creating a different flavor through our manufacturing methods.
To preserve the distinctive acidity, the chocolate is roasted slowly at a low temperature to preserve its distinct fruity flavor. The conching is also extended to preserve the strong acidity and make it easier to eat. The temperature is then adjusted for aging. This careful process results in a chocolate with an irresistible fermented alcoholic flavor and fruity notes. Topped with cocoa nibs, this chocolate allows you to experience the harmony of the aromas more directly.
