Made with rare Peruvian cocoa beans, "Gran Palo Blanco" is a special cacao that contains approximately 30% white cacao, possessing the high genetic makeup of "Maranhão Nacional," imparting its quality and aroma. Its delicate flavor is fruity, sweet, and low in acidity. With a creamy texture and minimal astringency or bitterness, it won the Golden Peruvian Cocoa Award in 2014. green is fortunate enough to be the first in Japan to import this rare cacao.
