To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we've launched a new bean-to-bar chocolate called "Piura Blanco."

It's made with high-quality cacao grown in Piura, a region in northern Peru near the Ecuadorian border.

This chocolate bar features a distinctive fruity and herbal aroma.

It has a unique flavor with a herbal touch, a slight acidity, floral notes, and a mellow astringency.

High-quality cacao grown in northern Peru. We use cacao beans harvested in Piura, northern Peru.
Piura, with its high altitude and little rainfall, produces high-quality cacao beans.
These richly fragrant cacao beans have an herbal flavor with a slight acidity and floral notes.
We present this product in gorgeous washi paper, fitting for our 10th anniversary.

62 Hours of Conching
Cocoa beans are so delicate that even a slight increase in heat can erase their aroma.

That's why we roast them slowly at a low temperature, taking our time to preserve the beans' fruity aroma.

During the prototype stage, we conducted numerous tests, varying the conching time.

Which time would best bring out Piura's unique character? We tasted the beans repeatedly to find the perfect balance between flavor and aroma.

We finally found the answer: 62 hours.

The long conching time reduced the acidity, achieving the ideal balance between rich aroma and smooth texture.
