Arare is roughly mixed into chocolate made with Indonesian cacao, creating a rich, unique flavor that exudes a sense of Japanese harmony. This dark chocolate bar offers the most textured experience in the green lineup.

■Tokyo - Full Moon Salt -
This bar gently brings out the sweetness of the salt, creating a pleasant, addictive saltiness. Dark chocolate made with Tanzanian cacao beans is mixed with "Full Moon Shiho," a natural salt made from seawater drawn from Izu Oshima, Tokyo, on the day of the full moon.
